Consistency is what matters. One step at a time.

Maybe you opt for a 15-minute walk instead of riding a cab?

As a former athlete who goes all-in, this was exactly what’s been holding me back from working out consistently long after I had retired from competitive sports. If I couldn’t lift the same 250lbs like before, if I couldn’t spend 4 hours in the gym like before, if I couldn’t do a 4.5 min mile like before, then what’s the point?

The point is taking it one step at the time.

One day at the time.

And staying consistent.

What is the one thing you can start with that will move you closer to your goals if you commit to it on a daily basis?
